DOUBLE VILLA Chorvatsko

An investor with a beautiful plot of land on the Croatian peninsula and the idea of ​​using the area to build a semi-detached holiday villa. He approached us to create a visualization so that the final design could be fine-tuned before being given to the designers.

In partial cooperation with the architect, this semi-detached villa was created with a large glazed area on the lower floor. Two separate residential units and separate outdoor areas with swimming pools and a terrace.
