RIVER HOUSE

For our client in the field of development activities, we created a 3D model and subsequent renderings and animation of the upcoming project in Ústí nad Labem. The subject was a historical building whose extensive reconstruction will create a residential house with several apartment units. The house is located in nature near Střekov Castle. The main idea was to introduce future clients to life and living in apartment units with their own terrace or garden in close connection with nature. At the same time as the visualizations, apartment cards were also created to support the sale of individual units.
